BUSINESS HOURS   We process orders on Weekdays (Monday thru Friday) only. Enquiries and Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays will be processed on the next working day
 

WALK-IN CUSTOMERS
Our premises are not open to walk-in customers as our company's main business is wholesale, packaging & mail order.
We do not have sales personnel to serve walk-in customers. Please send in your orders by email/fax. Goods will be shipped by Poslaju or SKYNET

SELF-COLLECTION OF PARCELS (delivery charge waived)
Customers living in Johor Bahru areas who wish to collect their orders in person are reminded that their orders must be emailed/faxed to us at least one day in advance prior to collection. Please DO NOT amend your order on the spot. Should you require to make any alteration of your order, please contact us in advance. We shall confirm availability by email/phone and discuss with you to fix the collection date & time.


SHIPPING POLICY   We ship most of the orders on the next day we receive it. The remaining will be sent within 2 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays).  Depending on the situation we will try our very best to dispatch the goods in the shortest time possible.
 

URGENT ORDER  Processing of orders is on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis.  Please place your order early if the items are urgent

Download your Order form here  
  1. Fill in your personal particulars
  2. Itemised the parts you wish to order (Qty., Ref. No., brief description , unit price, amount)
  3. Add shipping charge according to your location 
    • Peninsula Malaysia : RM 6.00,    Sabah : RM 9.30,    Sarawak : RM 8.60
       
  4. Next, email the order form to us for confirmation of availability

STEP 2

Upon receipt of your order form, we will :
  1. Check the figures you entered & make corrections if necessary
  2. Confirm items availability
  3. Calculate the total amount * payable & inform you by email
    * the total shall include courier surcharge if your parcel exceeds 500 gm

 

STEP 3
(Payment & shipping)
If you confirm the order , you may proceed to settle the payment by one of the following methods :
  1. Pay at bank counter
  2. Deposit cash or cheque using cash* or cheque** deposit machines 
  3. Internet banking fund transfer  (you can use inter-bank GIRO if your account is not PBB or CIMB.)  (GIRO costs RM 0.50~2.00 per transaction depending on the paying bank)

* If you pay by cash deposit machine, please round up the amount to the nearest 5 or 10 Ringgit (the smallest note acceptable by the machine).  Excess will be refunded in cash with your order
** Cheque payment will delay delivery for 3 ~ 5 days (time taken for bank to clear the cheque)

Alternatively, you may also place your order by fax. The procedure is similar to "Order by Email" as mentioned above except the exchange of document is done via fax transmission rather than email
