Two LEDs (a red & a green)
are used to indicate logic levels. RED for logic high. GREEN
for logic low.
Both LEDs are off for open circuit. A handy tool for quick checking
of logic state of circuits.
Straighten a paper clip & solder it to the kit to
use as "probe"
